What this site is

Cosmo Cheatz distributes game modification software free of charge. There is no subscription, no licence key and no payment of any kind. Nothing on this site is sold, and we do not ask for card details under any circumstances. If you are asked to pay for anything branded as Cosmo Cheatz, it is not us.

Acceptable use

The software is provided for use on your own hardware and your own game accounts. You may not redistribute it, repackage it, bundle it with other software, or present it as your own work. You may not use it to access, damage or interfere with systems you do not control.

Game terms of service

Using modification software breaches the terms of service of virtually every online game. Publishers may suspend or permanently close your account, and some anti-cheat systems ban the hardware rather than the account, which affects every account on that machine. We publish detection status openly, but no build is ever guaranteed undetected. You accept that risk entirely yourself.

No warranty

The software is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it is free of defects, that it will work with any particular game version, or that it will remain undetected. We are not liable for lost accounts, lost purchases, lost progress, hardware bans, data loss or any other damage arising from its use.

Age

This site is not intended for anyone under 16. Do not download anything here if you are below that age.

Changes

These terms may change as the catalogue changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
