Hardware bans target the motherboard and sometimes storage serials, making a spoofer necessary for continued play on the same machine. Reports from the tribunal and player behaviour systems add a secondary layer, though Vanguard remains the primary technical deterrent.
Setup and Launch Considerations
League of Legends must run in full-screen or borderless windowed mode on Windows with Secure Boot and TPM 2.0 enabled, as Vanguard requires both to load.
