HumanitZ does not use BattlEye, EasyAntiCheat, Vanguard or any named kernel anti-cheat; enforcement is server-side and largely report-driven, with official servers relying on admin observation and community reports rather than automated memory scanning. In practice this means cheats are not blocked at launch by a client-side driver, but bans are applied to your account on the specific server or server network, and persistent offenders can be removed from official servers by admin action rather than a global hardware ban.
Detection and ban scope
HumanitZ has no client-side anti-cheat product; detection relies on server logs, admin spectating and player reports. Official servers are moderated by the developers and volunteer admins who can review player behaviour, while community servers run their own rules and may use third-party admin tools. Bans are account-level and server-specific: a ban on one official server can propagate across the official network, but there is no hardware ID ban or global game ban. Cheats that alter inventory, stamina or damage are caught through anomalous server-side values rather than memory signatures, so detection is slower but persistent.
Setup for HumanitZ
Run HumanitZ in borderless windowed mode rather than exclusive fullscreen, because overlays from Discord, Steam and GeForce Experience hook more reliably in windowed mode and will not conflict with the cheat's rendering layer. Disable the Steam overlay for HumanitZ specifically if you see flickering on the inventory screen, as the game's UI redraws frequently when looting. Secure Boot is not required and no spoofer is needed before launch, since there is no kernel anti-cheat to satisfy. Launch the cheat after the game reaches the main menu, not before, to avoid the load order issue with the game's Unity input system.

HumanitZ is a survival game with persistent loot, so the features that matter most are item ESP for weapons like the M9 pistol, compound bow and fire axe, plus container highlighting for military crates in maps such as Bunker Delta and the airfield. Stamina and hunger management cheats are more valuable than aimbots because the game's combat is close-range and often against infected rather than players. Keep ESP draw distance modest and toggle it off when looting towns like Pineview, because a player who never misses a crate in a low-population server draws reports quickly. Avoid silent aim in PvP zones; a normal-looking player misses shots at runners and uses cover.
Where risk actually lies
HumanitZ has no killcam or automatic replay system, so the main risk is human observation: admins on official servers can spectate you directly and will notice if you track players through walls or loot containers you have not seen. Reports from other players are the primary trigger for investigation, especially in small-population servers where the same names appear nightly. Statistical outliers matter more than visual evidence: a survivor who never dies to infected, always finds military loot and maintains perfect stamina across a long session will be flagged by admins reviewing logs. Community tournaments are rare but carry the highest manual scrutiny.
