Enforcement is server-side and largely report-driven, so bans are applied at the account level rather than hardware level. This means a banned account loses access to official servers, but the physical machine is not permanently blocked.
Detection and Ban Scope
BattlEye monitors memory and process activity for known cheat patterns, and Bohemia Interactive can issue account bans based on its detections. There is no evidence of hardware ID bans in Arma Reforger, so a banned player can technically buy the game again on a new account.
