Siege uses BattlEye + a secondary statistical detection layer (Fairfight-style). External ESP bypasses BattlEye. The statistical layer is your real concern.
BattlEye Bypass
Same principle as EAC — BattlEye scans inside the game process. An external reader using ReadProcessMemory is outside its scope. The Siege build here is fully external, no injection required.

Statistical Detection Avoidance
Siege tracks headshot rate, time-to-kill, and wallbang accuracy over thousands of matches. Stay under:
- HS rate: below 45% (natural average is 30–35%)
- KOST: above 60% (don't just frag — plant, defuse, trade)
- Win rate: below 65% — consistent 90%+ wins flag accounts

Overlay Rendering and DWM Conflicts
Most external ESP builds draw through a transparent overlay window rather than an injected surface. On Windows 11 24H2, Desktop Window Manager composition changed enough that spoofed layered windows occasionally drop frames or flicker when Siege runs in exclusive fullscreen. Running the game in borderless windowed mode stabilises the overlay but costs roughly 2–4% average FPS on mid-range GPUs. If you see the boxes lag behind operator movement by more than a frame, check whether hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling is enabled under Graphics settings; disabling it resolves the desync on most NVIDIA driver branches from 560 onward. AMD users on Adrenalin 24.8 and later should disable Anti-Lag in the per-game profile, since it interferes with the capture timing the external reader relies on. Verify the overlay is updating correctly by strafing left and right in a custom match and watching whether the box edge tracks the operator's silhouette without visible smearing.
Replay and Match Data Auditing
Ubisoft retains per-match telemetry far longer than most players assume, and support staff can pull shot-level logs if an account is reported enough times. Reviewing your own match history through third-party trackers such as R6 Tracker or Tracker.gg exposes patterns the statistical layer also sees: sudden jumps in headshot percentage between seasons, or KD climbing from 1.1 to 2.4 within 40 matches, are visible to anyone with the profile link. Keep per-season deltas modest — under roughly 0.25 KD movement per ranked season reads as normal improvement. Check your profile every few weeks and compare the last 30 matches against your lifetime average rather than the current season. Players commonly get flagged not by raw performance but by variance: a 70% headshot rate across 15 matches followed by 20% across the next 15 creates a statistical spike that human reviewers treat as a strong signal.
BattlEye Module Updates and Scan Timing
BattlEye ships silent module updates independently of Siege patches, usually within 48 hours of a public cheat release. The service (BEService.exe) pushes new signatures at launch and periodically during play, so a build that worked on Monday can be detected by Wednesday without any game update appearing in Steam or Ubisoft Connect. Check the BattlEye install directory for the date stamp on the .dll files to see when signatures last rotated. External tools are less exposed to these scan cycles than injected ones, but the driver-level integrity checks introduced through 2025 expanded the list of monitored processes, and unsigned drivers loaded after a signature update are the most common cause of sudden bans. Confirm the tool is running against the expected process handle by checking the PID against Siege's actual process in Task Manager — stale handles from a previous session are a frequent source of silent failure.
